Privacy policy
This policy explains what Sunwell Technologies LLC ("Sunwell", "we") collects through www.sunwellcrm.com and how we use it. It covers this website. Data your business stores inside the Sunwell app is covered by your subscription agreement, and you own it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms. Your name, company, email, phone, trade, team size, current software, plan interest and any message, when you ask for pricing, apply to be a partner or sign up for updates.
- Demo bookings. The time you pick, your contact details and any notes, so we can hold the call and send the invite.
- How you found us. The page you landed on, the referring site and campaign tags (such as utm_source) in the link you followed. These are kept in your browser for the visit and sent with a form only if you submit one.
- Visit statistics. We use Plausible Analytics, which counts page views and button clicks without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
- To reply to you, run the demo you booked and send the information you asked for.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, using totals only.
- To keep the site secure, for example by limiting repeated form submissions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.
Who helps us run the site
We use service providers that process data for us under contract: website hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), email delivery, calendar scheduling (Google), DNS (Cloudflare) and analytics (Plausible). They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep form and booking details while we are talking with you and for up to 24 months after, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you.
- Unsubscribe from updates with the link in any email.
- Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under their state law. We honor those requests the same way.

Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
